This is what we do, we train, we test, we train, we test, we train some more, we eat sleep and train some more and in between we test each other. The boys like to hold 100 pound weights for as long as they can. Nolan has the record with 2min now. Today Chelsea and I tested together. It was fun, felt good and was nice to be getting somewhere. I had a fun little game of trying to write your name with your feet. Both of them. I think its good for the foot/brain coordination. Now for some Yoga and Vball. Endless entertainment from sports!
