Pistol River
Summer is back and its awesome! Beautiful long days. Starting to get really hot. I had the chance to rip out the Oregon and watch Kevin rip it up in Pistol River. They had a comp back in the day 1996 or so and these windsurfers are trying to bring it back and boy did they every bring the heat! It was awesome to watch. A competition in the US is so cool, it really brings the sport of Windsurfing some good hype. Reminds me of how much fun US world cups are and how I wish Jackson would hold one. There were some pretty awesome rippas, young kids that are just so inspirational. And Kevin stole the show which was so cool! We rode up the coast with our friends Stacy and Ruben from San Fran and had a blast. It was the beginning of a super cool relationship and fun ideas of travel and craziness were just in the air!
Back in Jackson on a training program now. Trying to get motivated. Its hard to go from Rehab for 7 months to a work out. Im heading down to PC to get back in the groove soon so it will be easier to get pumped!
